Living in a fast-paced world, people suffer from depression once in a while. We have to deal with different kinds of things or people. Some are easily handled, but others are not. How do we find a balanced way in life?

Do you change your lifestyle to make yourselves healthier? Here are some questions you can think of:


1.      How long have you surfed online on a daily basis?

2.    How often do you exercise per week?

3.    Do you have a close friend you can talk to when facing difficulties?

4.    Do you watch Facebook posts more often than you do other things?

5.     How often do you clean your car or room?

6.    How dirty is your toilet or trash can?

7.     Do you eat slowly?

8.    How long have you NOT gone out for a vacation?

9.    Do you feel annoyed being nagged by your parents?

10.    Do you read books in bed?

11.  Do you sit in a proper position?

We all have problems to deal with in life. No one is perfect, so you don’t rely on others too much. A Buddhism guru once said,” Face it, accept it, deal with it and let go of it.”  when facing difficulties.
