BROWN-NOSING CULTURE(馬屁文化)
After years of working as a low-ranking employee,
I realized it’s quite important to gain favor from your employer/boss. How so?
All the bosses/supervisors like to be praised and hate outspoken people. If you
are not as pretty as they expected, they hope you can be a “yes-man”. They will
give you some benefits as a reward.
This
kind of “brown-nosing culture” is everywhere. No matter you work in big
enterprises, government departments or small cram schools. Those lickspittles
are mostly inefficient, but good at flattering bosses/supervisors. Honestly, I
don’t think bootlickers while away their time. On the contrary, I think they do
the job you are unable to do- they cringe before the boss/supervisors. I would rather refer their brown-nosing as a good
means of surviving in a workplace.

Do you miss being a child and protected by your
parents? If you do, we all understand and feel the same way. But there is a
golden rule you should keep in mind: “The way you treat people,and they will
treat you back the same way”.
